By accessing our websites, purchasing services, signing up for an account, or otherwise engaging with DoorScale, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

DoorScale provides business automation, AI-powered communication systems, websites, CRM systems, workflow automation, lead management solutions, content automation, and related implementation and consulting services.

Websites and Hosting
Workflow Automations

Appointment Scheduling Systems
Review Management Systems
Content Automation
Marketing Automation
Business Process Automation
Consulting and Implementation Services
Services may change, evolve, or be discontinued at DoorScale's discretion.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate onboarding information
Maintain accurate account information
Provide requested content, documentation, and access credentials needed for implementation
Review and approve information used within their systems
Monitor communications generated by AI systems
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to their business
Clients are solely responsible for the content, communications, and activities conducted through their business systems.
DoorScale provides AI-powered solutions that may generate content, responses, recommendations, summaries, communications, or other outputs.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, misunderstandings, or errors.
Clients acknowledge and agree that:
AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate.
AI systems should be monitored and reviewed regularly.
Clients are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.
DoorScale is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
DoorScale does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, compliance, or professional advice.
DoorScale may configure AI systems using information, materials, workflows, FAQs, business processes, and content provided by the Client.
DoorScale will make commercially reasonable efforts to complete initial implementation within seventy-two (72) business hours after:
Payment has been received;
Required onboarding information has been submitted;
Necessary third-party access has been provided.
Implementation timelines may be delayed due to incomplete onboarding, missing information, third-party provider delays, technical limitations, or circumstances outside DoorScale's control.
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew until canceled.
Annual plans are billed in advance for the full annual term and automatically renew unless canceled prior to renewal.
Annual commitments remain binding for the duration of the agreed term.
Certain services incur additional usage-based charges that are separate from subscription fees.
Usage-based charges may include, but are not limited to:
Phone usage
Voice AI conversations
AI processing
AI token consumption
SMS messaging
Email volume
Call routing
Call recording
Voice synthesis
Third-party integrations
API usage
Usage charges vary based on actual consumption and may fluctuate from month to month.
Clients agree to pay all applicable usage fees incurred through their account.
All payments are non-refundable once work begins.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Setup fees
Monthly subscription fees
Annual subscription fees
Usage fees
Consulting fees
Implementation fees
DoorScale does not provide refunds for:
Partial usage
Unused services
Client cancellation
Failure to use services
Changes in business circumstances
DoorScale may suspend services immediately upon failed or overdue payments.
During suspension:
Access may be restricted.
Automations may stop functioning.
AI systems may be disabled.
Websites or communication services may be interrupted.
Accounts that remain unpaid for thirty (30) days may be terminated.
Upon termination:
Access may be revoked.
Services may be disconnected.
Data may be removed.
Phone numbers may be released.
AI systems may be deleted.
DoorScale reserves the right to permanently delete account data after termination.
DoorScale is not responsible for recovering data after account termination.
Clients wishing to return after termination may be required to purchase a new account and implementation.
Clients retain ownership of:
Customer data
Contact records
Uploaded content
Logos
Branding materials
Business information
Marketing content supplied by the Client
DoorScale retains all rights, title, and interest in:
Templates
Snapshots
Workflows
Automations
AI configurations
Prompt libraries
Proprietary systems
Internal processes
Development methodologies
Training materials
Intellectual property
Clients receive a limited license to use DoorScale systems while their account remains active and in good standing.
No ownership rights are transferred to the Client.
DoorScale does not guarantee:
Leads
Sales
Revenue
Profitability
Conversion rates
Appointments
Occupancy rates
Reviews
Search rankings
Website traffic
Business growth
Results vary based on numerous factors beyond DoorScale's control.
Any examples, case studies, projections, or estimates are provided for illustrative purposes only.
DoorScale may integrate with third-party providers and platforms.
Examples may include:
GoHighLevel
Stripe
Twilio
OpenAI
Meta
Email providers
Hosting providers
DoorScale is not responsible for:
Service outages
Pricing changes
Policy changes
API limitations
Data loss caused by third-party providers
Interruptions outside of DoorScale's control
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, privacy obligations, advertising regulations, communication regulations, and industry-specific requirements applicable to their business.
DoorScale does not guarantee regulatory compliance.
Clients should consult qualified legal, accounting, compliance, or regulatory professionals when necessary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoorScale LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of its services.
DoorScale's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to DoorScale during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DoorScale LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising from:
Client's business operations;
Client's use of the services;
Violations of law;
Communications sent through the systems;
Content supplied by the Client;
Regulatory violations;
Customer disputes.
DoorScale reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update services and these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on our website.
Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within the State of Florida.
